Who we are
ArgentinaCitizen.com (“we”, “us”) is an independent advisory website about Argentina’s Citizenship by Investment Programme. We are not a government body. Contact: hello@argentinacitizen.com.
What we collect
Briefing requests. When you submit the private-briefing form we receive your name, email address, country of residence, route of interest, any message you write, and the page you submitted from. We use this only to respond to your request and to send you programme updates you asked for.
Analytics. With your consent where the law requires it, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type, referring site). IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked unless they accept analytics cookies.
Preferences. We store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again.
Legal bases
We process briefing requests on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Analytics in the EEA, UK and Switzerland is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host the site, process form submissions or provide analytics, under contracts that protect your data, and where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep briefing requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict its use. Email hello@argentinacitizen.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority; in Argentina, that is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. Last updated 2 October 2026.
